Dealer and e-bay are only (2) locations that I can think for the new ones.
I am not sure if you can purchase any OEM replacement at your local auto parts store such as Pepboys or Autozone.

I would try hunt at junk yard as well.
It does not have to be from AE86 just look for the similar year of Toyota cars such as AE82, AW11, Tercel, Camry...etc.

Just for your information, AE86 Flasher Relay looks like image below and as you can see, Part # is : 81980-16010

Oh okay. Thank you so much!! I will try to go junk yard and find Mr2s. Or Ae92.
I couldn't find any hazard switch on eBay.

Also would any fuse from any car work for the hazard fuse?? I'm new to the automobile world and are confused.

Most Japanese cars uses same kind of Blade Type fuses during 80's. (AE86 uses "regular" type)
When you need to replace it, just make sure to replace it with SAME amp.

More information about automotive fuse can be found here.

Good luck ;)

Flasher Relay on AE86 is located on your driver side panel.
Since you have mentioned that your turn signal is working, it may be not the issue but, try turn on your signal and locate the little box that is making a clicking noise.
