Does anyone know, if i can replace my 2nd and 3rd gears only withthe TRD gears and counter gears only ? Is this possible, and i will have 1,4 and 5 stock but 2nd and 3rd TRD

Not knowing... but it is fair to surmise that the TRD gear clusters are similar dimensionally that you should be able to fit just 2nd and 3rd....
T50 3.587 2.022 1.384 1.00 0.861
T50TRD1 2.341 1.607 1.195 1.00 0.886
T50TRD2 2.630 1.891 1.384 1.00 0.861
based on the above.... If you use the less costly TRD(2) set 3rd doesn't change 1.384. If you use the more expensive gears it is a huge jump from 1st to 2nd.
You could mix 2nd from the (2) set, and 3rd from the (1) set... but not sure that is a performance advantage.
BUT... in the end, using just the TRD 2nd gear (1.891) might allow you to pull much further... you might not need(or want) to change 3rd.

Thinking about the trd set A(1). But i should know of they are compatoble before buying the gear and the counter gear

1st, 2nd and 3rd gears on the the counter shaft are all 1 piece, whereas the TRD counter shaft is a splined shaft with individual gears.
So you won't be able to retain 1st gear with a TRD set.
