where does this wire go?

When i first purchased the car i noticed that this ground wire wasn't connect and can't determine where it should go. Its on the bottom of the car near the transmission.

just an engine/trans ground, bolt it to the chassis somewhere nearby. make sure to clean off the area for a clean connection

Hi Morgan, thanks for the reply. One end is already bolted to the chassis. I assume the other end goes to the tranny?

It goes to one of the clutch slave bolts
