Door bars and steering column done.

When I get back to town I have the fun job of fitting the dash and making new mounting tabs

Then paint the interior so I can put the windshield back in, no rattle can.

For my custom painted fzero2

These are neat, elevens paint&fiber use 3 different shades. Darker in the center fading to lighter to give it a deeper look. Then the gave it a colour shifting green/orange flake

been wiring and wiring and wiring.
decided to re-wire the entire car except for the engine harness. not too may pics because wiring tends to look like **** until its final.
there will be no wire loom in the cabin, it'll make service easier, and for some reason, i like the way it looks. the engine bay body harness is fully loomed though.

finally installed the gt28rs with it's new manifold and and relocated the aem boost control solenoid to the frame rail to keep it out of sight. the driver side looks so empty now.

Image
Image
Image

todays' main goal was to start wiring the new gauge cluster, i have been trying to find someone to paint the cluster panel for some time now, but i have had no luck.
well, i couldn't start wiring until the panel was painted so this happened, i'm gonna have to look at this every day.

was not really looking forward to this project, i was thinking it was going to be alot more difficult than it turned out to be. there is still some tweaking to be done, but it's pretty much done.

radio panel converted to ignition switch as well as to aux switches and a spot for the communications port for the computer.

Image

this flat piece of aluminium holding the arc 8000 switch panel was hard as hell to plan out.

Image

i like it.

Switch panel came out awesome, fits perfectly in there. Great work as always, gonna be ready to drive when you finish the wiring?

after wiring is done, i have a bunch of 3" oval mandrel bends to make a new exhaust and then it should be moving on it's own.

so, out of nowhere i get a call today from elevens telling me to bring my body panels over because he wants to throw a coat of black on them so that my car won't be calico until it goes in for proper paint.

i kinda love it.

Oh my, that looks great. I know just a quick spray but that looks tough.
Car is more awesome by the day, black body makes those wheels really stand out
