yeah sorry i also meant WHP. I have an exhaust cutout. I havent paid much attention to my AFRs with the cutout open. But im making 150WHP with it open, and 125WHP with it closed. The tuner said when my cutout was closed the car would run much richer, for what reason i am not sure. One of the reasons why i need a bigger downpipe and bigger exhaust all together i want to get rid of that exhaust cutout after my downpipe.
