NGK #6 plugs in platinum works best out of all the things tested over the years for a decent unmolested engine. Boosted ones may require #7 on raceways but all in all, regular old platinum NGK just starts you in the morning, never fouls badly, keeps well on track, and doesn't shatter the bases inside your 4AGE. Iridiums seems to be iffy with matching on older coils like ours, and gimmicky one with radial multi-tips are nothing but problems on our old 4A.

I use the platinum NGK spark plugs like Moto said, and then the blue NGK wires along with them.
