A little photo coverage of the event :) Some pictures have a little too much exposure due to the really nice weather we had today! Clear skies and the sun shined off some of the shiny cars and I don't have photoshop to fix that problem, my apologies :P

Upon entering the parking lot, we were soon led out because the lot was full :/ Plan B was the aquarium parking lot! Went creep mode on some 86 owners hue. Pretty sure you guys are on this forum ;)

An SVX! Tell me Subi guys, are these really as rare as I've heard them to be?

Those who are avid JDM Hot Wheel collectors may have noticed what a certain 510 Wagon's reference was..
Image

Our 510 Wagon is better since its a Super Treasure Hunt ;D

mr_ae86 was back again, albeit without the full Initial D livery.
Image

I'm pretty sure this is (user) Yuri's car, if I'm not mistaken. Stock OEM Zenki goodness!
Image

The "Lissé" trim stickers were really cool imo!
Image

Probably needs the JDM Zenki coupe tails to finish off the look? :)

Of all the cars at JCCS, I felt that the S30Z was the most prominent car there (definitely not a bad thing!)

I was out there, but my 86 was in the parking lot. lol. I was funny that the only ae86 in that row with it's hood open was the one with a Honda motor. :P

Awesome pictures! I'll have to make the trip to SoCal seems like your guys 86 scene is much better than what we have goin in Tucson, as for the SVX, manual is super rare automatic id put at uncommon but I do live in the land of no rust not sure how many have survived elsewhere. As soon as I find a manual one for sale it will be mine!

Nice pictures! Wish I could have been there. I'm glad so many classic cars can be well preserved in the land of no winter.

Every SVX was originally equipped with an auto transmission. However, a google search revealed that some people have performed diy manual conversions.

That explains it then...I've only ever seen two of them, but I have always had a soft spot for them so many cool features like the split windows and stuff I find cool.
