For sale, or for specific trades - 1975 and older Totota Chinooks, 1975 and under forward control vans, (Chevy g10's and g20's, Dodge a100's and a108's, or Ford Econolines), or possibly 87-89 Toyota 4x4 Vans or pre 1997 diesel vans.

Please read the entire post.

My 1980 Toyota Cressida. The image above is the most recent. There are more in the old club4ag thread below.

***Just passed smog 05/07/2015, so it's good until 08/05/2015*** I bought the car in Arizona in 2008. Most of the work was done between then and 2011, when I smogged it and got it back on the road at 127,292 miles. Since then, I've only driven it 7,540 miles (current miles: 134,832). I put a lot of effort into building this car, but I'd like to sell it so I can get something that better fits my lifestyle. I basically rebuilt the entire car, and here is a link to the build thread on the old club4ag forums:

http://forums.club4ag.com/zerothread?id=47230

So here we go with the list...

*NEW means it was new when it was installed

Fully rebuilt motor with 7,540 miles
5-speed W58 manual conversion
MK1 Toyota Supra rear end conversion
MK1 Toyota Supra front struts
MK3 Toyota Supra aluminum radiator with custom aluminum fan shroud
Dual electric fans with adjustable temperature switch
Addco swaybars front and rear
Polyurethane Suspension bushings all around
Custom adjustable 4-link and panhard bars
16x7 front and 16x8 rear wheels with depth, recently painted
OEM Toyota power fender mirrors with switch (JDM yo! And they work!)
Nissan S13 camber plates (TEIN I think)
KYB AGX adjustable shocks (SW20 MR2 front, Camaro rear)
NCRCA's
Grant wood steering wheel and hub
Full 2.25" mandrel bent exhaust custom built from the exhaust manifold back with new magnaflow cats (at time of rebuild) with Cherry Bomb and Magnaflow mufflers
Gas tank fully cleaned, refurbished and sealed with POR-15
New A/C evaporator core (System needs to be recharged with R12 or converted to R134, I've never bothered. I will also include a new dryer and belt)
New DOT approved seatbelts throughout, with airline style buckles
OEM Toyota Oil and Voltmeter gauges from 80's 4x4 pickup
1978 Cressida front end
Custom AE86 TRD wing front air dam
JDM rain window visors
JDM subway rings
K&N air filter
5-panel rear view mirror
Wiring re-wrapped throughout
New brake lines and master cylinder
New clutch master and slave cylinders
New rear window weatherstrip
New engine and transmission mounts
New inner and outer tie rods
New steering pitman and idler arms
Rebuilt MK1 Toyota Supra calipers
Tucked bumpers (they were like park benches before)
Lots of paint and powdercoat
A few other subtle custom touches

Also included with car:
JDM Hakosuka Skyline replica rear spoiler (not installed)
Complete set of factory service manuals
OEM LSD for the Supr rear end
All of my spare parts (interior stuff, exterior stuff, extra wiring, starter, alternator, etc...)

Tons of work went into this car. The interior was sourced from a junkyard in very good condition. The exterior was the one thing I never got around to, obviously needs some paint. The body is clean, with some dings here and there, and only one small dent behind the rear driver's side door.

A few cons:

The power steering reservoir leaks. I thought it was the pump itself, so I replaced it with an Autozone unit that unfortunately doesn't work as well as the original
The alternator has been getting leaked on by the power steering fluid, which is starting to cause charging issues
Both still work well, but I would recommend replacing them eventually (spare alternator included)
Probably would benefit from a new battery. It still has the original from when I bought it
There is some tire rubbing, but nothing major (I'll probably take care of this)
Cruise control doesn't work. It used to be intermittent, but I haven't bothered looking into it
I think the rear right rotor is warped

Hey man I'm pretty interested in your car. What's the best way to get in touch? Also in the old pics it seems like the exterior paint is pretty clean but in the recent pic the front quarter panel looks black. Is that panel new?
Thanks,
Gabriel.
