I'm curious why you use straight sections instead of bends?
It seems like a ton of work for a less ideal design.

you get better flow with lobster back bends.

If you have any sources to back that I would love to see it. I don't believe it. If you know anything about fluid dynamics and flow then just on general principle a mandrel bend will flow better than multiple flat angles. Every flat leading to a sharp corner will create restriction and turbulence. I can't find any tests or anything particularly quantifiable on the subject though. Not sure if it really matters much either way from a performance standpoint but it seems odd to spend more time and have higher cost for something that should not flow as well. If you are doing it as a personal project it would cost a little less but still not worth the added time if you ask me.

I prefer it, mandrel bends are boring. lol Unless im building something that has large amounts of boost and is actually making some power.

My mocked up S12 vg30 exhaust. Mostly welded up but changed the driver side design.
This is more for style and personal preference on how I like doing things. May be some extra work, but it helps keep costs down only having to buy straight tubing. Mandrel bends add up.

lmk if you ever make a GB 16v bluetop LHD header. the current header selection sucks.
