I asked HKS about their spring 2201-RT004 some time ago and got this response:

The basic specs are:

Set height: installed length: 34.70mm installed load: 12.00 kgf
Full lift: length: 26.60mm load: 44 kgf

Converted for easier understanding - Seat pressure @ 27#s, max lift 8.1mm (valve lift), pressure @ full lift 97#s
