AE101 clutch pressure plate

I am putting an AE101 ST into a Lotus Europa and need a Toyota pressure plate for the setup. I have the ST flywheel but cannot seem to find the relevant P/N for the pressure plate only or a compatible part. Need help,

Hmmm too bad, I have a TRD pressure plate for the GZE available but that won't help you with at ST flywheel...
