I have a 4AGE Blacktop in my 86 with this type of distributor. Can anyone tell me what kind of car it's for because I want to do a tune-up on the engine.

That it some kind of relocation kit. Best bet would be to pull the cap off and see if it has a part number.

I would think the same wires should work, because the distributor is moved from the back of the camshaft to the front of the camshaft. the only thing that might be different length would be the "coil" wire, depending on where it's sitting. At least , that's my thought. looks pretty symmetrical to how it used to be. instead of the longest wire going to cylinder 1, it's now going to cylinder 4.

Wow I love this relocation, looks more compact than the kits I've seen. I have to figure out how to do this on my Silvertop. Would love to see a picture when you have the cap and rotor off.
