Postby asheel » Tue Feb 05, 2013 8:29 pm

Need Some Help.
i have a Toyota Marino.with Factory 4 AGE engine.
just lately, when i left my house, after 20mtre, my car had a complete power cut off. when i tried to start it again, it seemed that if the battery was dead.however after 20 seconds, every thing went back to normal and it started running smoothly.

after about 1miles of travel, this happened again when i was trying to reverse..20 seconds after that it was back to normal...
the digital clock on the dash was also reset.

when something is wrong with the car, there is a message given on the digital clock on the dash...but the problem is that it is in Japanese...

can any one help me out.

Have you gone through your grounds? Or able to have the comp scanned?

You may have a power cord from your positive terminal broken because the movement
and bumps break the strands. Check you white cable and all positive cables with a continuity
checker. You may have a broken cable giving false contact.
