ae86 tein camber plates for 83 ae71 corolla problem

hello I came up on a new set of tein camber plates for my 1983 corolla they bolt up fine buut the upper bolt that holds shock moves up and own when suspensiion compresses and decompresses. im debating if the spacer tein provided is not to be used and im also running t3 needle bearing high hats t3 weld on sleeves and agx sw shocks from the mr2. any help?
