I say most guy use just two bolt... I do 4 bolt . 2 10m and 2 8m and hex cap screw and large washer instead of drilling the hole large and get my chassis fu''ed

Hmmmm if you are talking about the rear kouki bracket i think the bolt size are m10 is a fine tread so i think it 1.25
Just bring your bracket with you to be safe.
My local home depot did not have that size of an bolt... Try a any of your local hardware store

No!!!! If you dont want to drill your chassis frame to mount that jdm bracket... Just fine your self a pair of longer bolt and screw that fit thru that bracket and use a strong enough washer to hold it... That other two bolt should be good enough to hold the bracket and bumper together... Im sure mo...

1 yes you can get the bolt at home depot spec are m8 1.25 i think... or remove that screw from the jam bumper and take it with you. 2 find your self a new hose and reattach them what every best/easy for you. there is more than just one way to do it. 3 what you mean the same? bolt size spec or it loc...

For water temp sensor for gauge you can use your 16v sensor i think mr220v made that harness to be use with the 16v sensor it will work just fine.. So pull the sensor from your 16v motor and screw it on.. Check to see if the plug from harness would fit first before you do any thing. That second plug...

Lol man your picture really Suck!!!!! Barely see the plug. It a bit hard to tell what they are. But i too have a harness made by mr220v so i should be able to tell you where those plug go once i get home from work.. That if any one couldnt point it out to you before that. 02 sensor plug need to plug...

Roll your front fender yet? Being on the 48 state you can get a loaner fender roller and roll them? Or find a shop that roll them get it done.. I run 8x15 --9 offset with 195 tires front i rub too my ride heigth are about same as your.. So i have to push my shock mounting point on the negative side ...

Yes. This shock work ae86 suspension system it great stuff.. I got a set for about two month now and i love it... I daily my car. City driven and the road in hawaii are pretty damn fu(ked up now... Go in a empty parking lot and drive the way you were when your car rub and stop there and look inside see which part have a new marking from that rubbing.... Try put some kind of a compound on the spot of the sidewall of tires or where ever it rub and when you do hard rigth turn again it will proper...
