speaking to seat time..... I've been on track twice.... 3 times if you consider carts.
I get motion sick
I can build them, just can't take the g loads.....
best of luck in 2 things: 1) your seat time, and 2) keeping to your budget.

https://gallery.ostportworks.com/albums/userpics/10005/normal_OST-093.jpg Essentially there are 3 types of 16V 4AG heads. There are 2 versions of the largeport, and of course the smallport. 253hp under 9000rpm is really good! Especially NA. Cams I'm running are a grind from Kamakaze cams, got them through Matrix garage, 266*/238*@.050" 8.65mm lift at cam. Decent cam, timed now for smog and smoothest idle. Pulls good from 4000rpm all the way to fuel cut, stock ECU. change the timi...

Mannon's girdle incorporates ladder caps into the girdle. Nice piece! Expensive too. What’s the best head gasket for this setup? I’m assuming cometic or something, probably at least a 1.0mm right? 0.8mm may be too high compression with the pistons being 12.5:1 Get deck measurements for all 4 piston...

one thing to consider when building a stroker... is "journal overlap". Essentially, a 7AG with the larger rod journals (45 versus 42) is stronger.....
