Found out that a couple of my metal lines were not moving freely for the cold and hot settings on ac panel. Used some pb blaster and liquid wrench to free up the heater valve and lines. Both of you guys are definitely right since it looks like those are the stock struts housings and inserts from the factory. I'm afraid I'm left to finding some second hand modified struts for some new tokico or similar dampers. If not, I'll look for a new set of coilovers with new spindles included....
