Re: Non adjustable 4 link vs adjustable 4 link?

You don't need adjustable four links to run traction brackets. keeping stock length ones actually prevent you from setting up the car strange and totally messing up the handling balance. its a different story however if the TE72 link is a different length than the GTS one.

T3 AE86 seat bracket set for sale driver's side (USA)

this exact product: https://technotoytuning.com/toyota/ae86/t3-racing-seat-rails-ae86-corolla I bought it, and didn't fit my seat appropriately (I use a large Momo seat). Ended up having to buy a different bracket, so I have no use for this one. Taken out of the box and attempted to mount up, but no...

Re: Short stroke shocks front and rears alternatives.

AGX...while used for many years are very undesirable in both their valving and durability. They blow often, but are cheap to replace. If you need something just for your car to ride on sure, get them. For your money however, I would recommend the Bilstein kit that T3 sells. Honestly, you get what yo...

Re: Track day brake pads

You have to mention what tires you'll be using. That is probably the biggest factor for which pads will work well for you. I usually run R-compound (Kumho Victoracer, RA1, R888, Hankook TD) so please keep that in mind (stickier tires will ask more of your braking system). What did not work: Axis met...

Re: LSD question

Late generation TRD models will take any axle, whether it be LSD or non-LSD. Early TRD LSD's require that you have LSD axles. The problem is, there's no way to tell what TRD lsd you have without trying the axles. Cusco, Tomei, KAAZ, OS Giken all take either axle. To further the point, their lock up ...

This has to be your Craigslist posting considering you keep misspelling "Cusco".

Anyhow that's not a "Cusco" LSD. Its TRD.

Re: ae86 gts differential... HELP!

An aftermarket LSD is one of the modifications that can greatly increase the performance of an AE86..but like all good things it comes at a price. If you can save up for it, get an aftermarket. The increased levels of grip, ease of drift and throttle modulation are worth it in my opinion. I used to ...

Re: 6 speed adapter

I've never broken a T50 through a decade of drifting, road racing, r compound tires and the like. I have 3 spares and 2 are rebuilt, so ratios are more important to me than anything. Getting an aftermarket kit for the T50 would probably cost the same as a conversion kit for a better transmission lik...

Re: 6 speed adapter

I guess what I"m looking for is not the same as the rest of you. Strength isn't really a concern since I'm N/A, and i don't want to be sourcing gear ratios from multiple transmissions. In addition the trans is not readily available in the USA since it was never offered here, hence parts are not...

Re: 6 speed adapter

I am not entirely sure why everybody keeps making these adapters for the J160. The gear ratios are not really that much better than the stock AE86 ratios, except for the 3-4 shift.

If you make one for the S2000 trans, I would buy one off you.

Again, I'm retarded. Just figured out the alt is overdrive because the crank pulley is underdrive to keep the charging the same. Payment sent!
