AE110 steering rack

Hello all!! I was wondering if anyone knows of a good steering rack upgrade to the ae110 specifically the corolla e11. Driving around the steering feels very sloppy and not direct this could be because its old but also it requires a big steering wheel input to turn which I guess because of the steer...

Re: Need help identified this

Thanks mr jondee86 Does this have anything to do with the ac system idle up, because whenever I turn on the ac on a hot day the idle seems to get really low around 600rpms and the car will vibrate, but this only happens sometimes other times idle is steady at around 900-1000rpms Regards and thanks f...

Engine lost compression

well my engine recently got rebuilt new pistons and rings and we checked compression and was 200psi across. I took it to a shop to get the timing sorted out they set it to 15degrees at idle and was running fine, a couple days later I took it to the same place to get a base map on it, the tuner was s...

Anyone have experience with kelord 194-c cams

Hi Again eveyone, My car will be tuned soon and me and my tuner are wondering what would be the safe max cam angle we can advance the cam gears, my tuner says generally 3 degrees advance is safe margin. Im using the Toda STD size pistons along with TRD head gasket so my compression now is about 12.2...

Re: 4age 20v high oil temps

Hey Jondee, we figured out the problem it was that the lines were hooked up incorrectly the oil cooler wasn't blocked, we switched the lines around and now seems to be fine, but I still wonder why the temps get high because the 4age doesn't come with an oil cooler as standard beats me. Thanks for th...

Re: 4AGE 20V Blacktop ecu help

Hello, thanks for the reply Well I have some basic understanding of how the parts might affect the engine power, I know that the extra compression will be quite useless unless the engine is tuned, the reason why I want more compression is that some time in the future maybe like a year from now I wil...

Re: 4AGE 20V Blacktop ecu help

Hello, Thanks for your help jondee86, Its going to be my daily car which would see weekend track days so I would think the engine will be taking some abuse, according to the Tomei pistons I also couldn't find a specific compression ratio but I know that their compression height is 30.50mm if that me...
