if you think it's not getting enough fuel just grab some starting fluid and if you can keep it running with that then there ya go!

i'm okay. moved back to cali after a couple years in alabama. i sold my 86 coupe in aug 2012 so i've been out of the scene for a while too! that 20valve AE85 is pretty clean but i can understand the hesitation from the price tag. if you are unable to find anything and want one bad at least you know ...

remove the seats, carefully remove the carpet(might be able to wash and re-install), open everything and get to work...
